I’ve lost 40 pounds and reduced My A1C to 5.4 by eating one regular sized meal a day. There is an occasional snack if my sugar is trending low. But otherwise just one meal. And I’m not hungry.

It is quite fascinating that when it comes to bashing Trump everything is on the table. Even lies, fabrication and the intervention of the deeply corrupt judicial system to protect their own. This is because to leftist, the end justifies the means. So what if puff boy made the whole thing up. What counts is the optics (utilized for as long as possible) and creating “awareness” that Trump is the new hitler, only worse. Smollett is then able to avoid prosecution for years until he is eventually convicted, sentence and incarcerated.......for six whole days. He will never serve another day and all is forgiven.

So “my country” is an easy term for us but needs clarification for Oz.
