Dr. Oz can suck it. He is free to skip breakfast, I don’t care. As for me, it’s normally just black coffee and possibly a piece of cheese, but sometimes I want eight fried eggs and a pound of bacon. Different strokes for different folks.

I once had a Science Digest issue with an article that top epxerts found coffee shortens your life and is something to avoid.
I happened to have saved the issue when around 20 years the same mag had a new finding: coffee is really good for you and lengthens life. Several new studies backed it up.
Mag is no longer published since 1986 and I wonder how many other “expert” findings will be upended.
You had to go there, didn't you! You just had to go there!
Now I'm sitting here in bed, wondering if I'm going to have to pop over to the corner mini-market before being able to prepare breakfast!
