Go back a read the story. He was sentenced in a Federal Court, going to a Federal Prison. There isn’t parole like in a state case. I think he can get a year (10%) off his sentence if he has no violations or crimes while in prison, but he seems like the type who won’t be obeying the rules, so he’ll likely do the whole 10 years. In any case, he’s looking at serious prison time.
I didn’t think, in our present society, they would get ANY prison time!
