The story seems a tad on the nose.
I guess it could be true but since rape/incest pregnancy make up less than 1% of abortions it hardly seems like something to change the laws of a state over. What’s next? outlaw going outside when its raining because someone MIGHT be hit by lighting?

Has any state made rape abortion illegal?

A 10-year-old child abuse victim the state banned the procedure after six weeks - hours after the 6-3 Supreme Court vote, The Columbus Dispatch reported. The child was six weeks and three days pregnant

This sounds made up. It's possible to get your period at 10 but it's unusual. And she's THREE days pass the 6 week limit. How could you know that for sure? They could have just as well said she was 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant. All a ridiculous coincidence for the perfect abortion rights horror story happening just as Roe is overturned. What are the odds?

It might be true and it might not, but it has nothing to do with Roe v. Wade (the current abortion laws in Ohio have been in place since 2019). That makes the whole thing suspect.
