I take 5000 i.u. /day. My last blood test showed my D3 level was 52ng/ml exactly where it should be.
I take 4000 or 6000 IU a couple days a week, when I remember. I wonder how many five-gallon buckets it would take to hold a million 2000-IU pills, or even 400,000 5000-IU ones.

A lot of the Covid prevention websites say to take between 3000 to 5000 mgs a day. I take only 1000 because that is a safe level. When I was tasked by my doctor to take 5000 I was getting migrane headaches all the time. Now I don’t.
Don’t forget this guy was taking a whole bunch of other stuff as well as having ‘underlying health issues’................

That’s higher than it should be. The ideal level is 32 ng/ml. There are more people with kidney stones among those with a level of 50 ng/ml than 32 ng/ml.

We have to evaluate the argument they make for that amount.
My doctor advised 50-80 is best to strengthen immune system. He’s internal medicine M.D.
that is definitely the concern with these people. just like potassium, as an example, they’ve limited dosing amounts to 99mg because a few body builders took too much and now the rest of us have limited options. That’s just one of many that they want to regulate. I read that they took the active ingredient out of red rice yeast because it competed with big pharma’s statin drugs (which is really the beast in the room).
I sincerely hope when Trump gets back in office the gloves come off with these radical, bloated 3 letter agencies that are out to destroy our freedoms and he guts them.

Take copper with your vitamin D
If you are looking at bone vits/mins you need to read about them. And read labels on combo ones. As it all adds up. That includes what you eat. If you have Diabetes C500 will affect your BS count, same as sugar or fruit.
D3 1,000 UI, Calcium 1,000 mg, Magnesium Citrate, or Glunate, NEVER OXIDE it is not well absorbed and causes diarrhea, at about Half, the best you will find are a tad over 600 mg. Strontium Citrate or Glutinate at the same level. It is ignored by your doc, but it makes the rest work better. Look up what it takes for baby bones to grow. Boron, Folic Acid and more.
I buy individual ones, it’s too hard to remember the extras on combos.

Zinc is your Master Min, and E is your Master Vit. The same Zinc dosage you use for Covid is a good dose. OILs and Strontium are best taken at night, separate from Calcium.
Always take with caution, Remember Magnesium and Calcium are Heart Regulators. Have, a cardio issue take less to begin with. Tell your doc.
This guy was taking way too much of everything. And Herbs are not harmless take care taking them.

I take 25,000 IU daily, per doctor’s orders. No ill effects.
That should be 5000IU not MG. 5000 IU is 125 MG.
