If you read ths story he wasn’t defending himself, he got out of the car and attacked them is a bat. Regardless- “A man who got out of his car and swung a bat at squeegee workers during a confrontation in downtown Baltimore was killed Thursday when one of the workers pulled out a gun and shot him, authorities said.”
Was the “worker” carrying the gun legally?? Was he aloud to carry it in downtown Baltimore??
