I'll take a leftover rotisserie breast, wrap it in saran wrap, stick it in the freezer, and at a later point thaw it and make a chicken stir-fry with onions and peppers over rice.

Yes , I always buy Costco rotisserie chicken but I find I spend too much at Costco so I’m cutting back

Bought a rotisserie for 2 bucks at a garage sale, works great. Fun to watch and good to smell especially in the winter when the heat is also a benefit. Otherwise do it on the patio and enjoy a cold one while it’s cooking.

The amount of sodium and butter pump into things will kill you!
We always buy whole chickens at Costco and roast them on our Traeger. Good for at least 2 full meals.
