Yes, and there have been plenty this year.
Heck, even the bold Vietnamese who subdued the Chinese shooter in CA, while the Buffalo incident happened. The latter of course got all the hype, esp. with “racism” being able to cry, but at least the CA church event got some mention, even though shooter was not shot but - shock - held by hand!
We need to keep track of these thwarted mass casualty incidents.
