Anything I search on Google refuses to say clearly. A typical article on any of the dozens of shyte sources they provide will say something like "she's a woman" but immediately issue caveats saying things like "but she's always viewed gender differently" or "is a homosexual." The political correctness of the craven American media is appalling.
The lawyers have got nothing and they know it. They are just creating billing opportunities. She/he is an American hater and now she/he is going to learn a big lesson about reality in other countries.
I never said anything about illegal drug use. She deserves what she gets. I know a vet who suffers from PTSD and medical (legal) pot helps him. He uses a pen and I never even smell it. I have no use for it myself but I won’t deny medical aid to others (like liberals trying to control Ivermectin) if it helps them in any way.

“She” definitely sounds like a man. I suggested to someone at work the Griner might be a man, but the co-worker could not believe it and said he remembered seeing “her” in the local news in her high school days. So, if Griner is really a male, the charade has been going on for quite some time.

It never ceases to amaze me that a lot of people assume the freedoms they enjoy in this country extend to other parts of the world as well, obviously they don’t and that’s a hard lesson this person is learning right now.
