Perhaps because it is historical? Such events often bring out the most visceral attitudes and ideas, which arguably separates the wheat from the chaff. Sometimes such dialogue or opposition can change the tide of events.
camps holding refugees during a war....should any one be surprised, children at theses camps. what is a military to do with children that are on there own. all of this is speculative and can be spun in any direction good or bad.
