If so that is a look into the Senate side, and that they might not get 50.
They have to get to 60 to call it up for a floor vote. They just might get ten Republicans to vote “yes”. That’s why they are called the Stupid Party.
The House of Representatives passes all manner of ridiculous knee jerk legislation. This particular joke is in violation of Heller. It has no chance in the senate and even if it did the Democrats know full well the Supremes will slap it down.
