Lara Logan is a very creditable journalist. One of the few real journalists left in the USA. I always listen to anything Lara has to say.
They are importing millions of Democrat voters. The Democrats have figured out that while the “free” housing and “free” medical care might not be that great, it is better than what the illegal aliens are used to, so they will eagerly vote Dem. The Democrats don’t have to do much beyond letting them them in, give them Medicaid and sign them up to vote.

Illegals soak our govenrment for all its worth, some to the tune of nearly $45,000 a year as they get on every program they can.
Nearly 70% of illegals and immigrants are on welfare, NOT working as the left like to claim they are. Some prisons are filled with nearly 70% illegals to the tune of an average of about $140 a day to house.
It’s a flat out lie that illegals “just want to work hard and contribute to the us”- only about 20-30% actually work- the rest become wards of the nation. They also bring in a tremendous amount of serious crimes, and are costing this country approx a trillion dollars per year after all the costs both direct and indirect are estimated. (Report from more than a decade ago found the figure to be between $400 and $600 billion per year- we have far more illegals now, and far more crime from illegals now)

They’ve been doing this to illegals for as long as I can remember. Every now and then, they will give a number to them that used to belong to a dead American citizen. They’ve been caught at it, but they just sweep it under the rug.
That plus drivers’ licenses effectively makes them US citizens, entitled to all the privileges of citizens, and none of the obligations.
And we get to pay.
A SSN can probably be used as proof of citizenship in some places, so this helps illegals get on the voter rolls.
