It’s just crazy what is going on in and around the Twin Cities now days. There is a live YouTube broadcast every Friday night called Live on Patrol where the local sheriff spends most of his time chasing down stolen and carjacked vehicles. Last week one stolen wasn’t even being chased but it was going about 140 mph down a relatively busy street. They caught it on camera and it was just a blur. Seconds later he hit two other cars and totaled the Charger Hellcat. The 16 year old driver ended up in the backseat with the steering wheel between his legs. The fire department had to cut the roof off to get him out. The last report was he is in the hospital in serious condition. Hope he hurts.

I wonder what adults are putting these teens up to this.
Lesser/no charges, due to their age?
These are some pretty hardened/seasoned criminals....TWO stolen cars, stolen Cabela’s merch, fleeing cops on highways, then, on foot.
Who’s training/paying them?
