Yea, I heard him say that today. Nothing he said was believable. He was acting like he was Trumps best friend and we all know how he treated Trump when J6 happened. He’s all over TV. Somethings up with this guy.
That clown loses any tiny bit of credibility he may have had stating he was surprised and unaware that Donald Trump had a safe. If he was truly surprised then he is an idiot.
Numerous people have said they believe this entire thing was orchestrated by President Trump by feeding info to a person or persons he was suspicious of.
Only President Trump knows whether this is true. But, it would not surprise me if the man was feeding someone he was suspicious of some juicy tidbits and then sit back and see what happens.
But let's suppose....the snitch said something "specific" was in the safe...and we have heard that it was empty....
So did Trump set up the snitch??

Trump has until the 15th to say whether the warrant gets released or not. We'll see.

Of coarse there’s a safe there. Probably multiple ones. It’s not that there was a safe, it’s what was “supposed” to be in that safe. This is just another hoax, the informant is probably along the lines of an attorney.
OR... How about just plain hatred and political spite for Trump, and the desire to help their democrat masters with a difficult election only 3 months away?

The feds have now had about 7 years to figure out the location of the safe. Unless it was super duper triple top secret, there doesn’t have to be a spy or snitch in their now.

The redactions, I think are almost guaranteed. But, I don’t think it’ll stop there, given the history of what they tried to do to this man.
What’s odd is the fact that, if I read the snippet right, Garland said that the President did nothing illegal. In every place other than FBI/DOJ world, if there’s no crime or criminal complaint then you CANNOT get a warrant. You would have to settle for a subpoena, at best, if not just having the local US Attorney contacting his office and politely ask if they could come by and see what he has/had. And I can guarantee, if they did that, he’d tell them to come over that day.
I wrote a fair amount of those things, you have to state what crime has been committed or being investigated. Why your wanting access. In my case, it started out doing narcotics warrants, stating in the warrant that the location contains drugs. Later, if I was looking for a person, I had to state why I was looking for them and why I thought they were hiding in someone’s house or apartment. You couldn’t just go to the court and say...I want to search Sacajaweau’s house for this or that, without establishing that Sacajaweau was involved in a criminal act in some way or was in possession of contraband, knowingly or unknowingly.
And you have to ‘particularly describe the item(s) to be seized’...I used to know the 4th Amendment by heart, but it is pretty plain in what is required. So, we’ll soon find out exactly what they were looking for. Again, a lot rests on the information of their ‘snitch’.
For me, the key is to know the chain of events as the took place when they got there. They get by the initial ring of security. Talk to whoever is in charge of the Secret Service detail and advise they have a warrant. Remember, all they have to show is the Order, not the affidavit. They have their words with the lawyer and then head inside....
- Did they go right to the SCIF and then directly to the safe. They brought a safe cracker with them, apparently, so obviously they knew about that.
- After getting the safe open, thinking they’re about to hit jackpot, less in there than Geraldo and Al Capone’s basement.
- So, after hitting a ‘dry hole’ they decide to go through the whole house, tossing it looking for whatever and anything.
I truly hope they had the cameras on the whole time. Talk about a trap. FBI guy did you do this? Nope. Is that you sniffing Mrs Trump’s panties? Uhhhhhhh.
From experience, the first few times I did them, looking for drugs and guns, I and my coworkers did toss the rooms. But, as you get more experience, you learn that a nice, methodical and neat search is all that is needed, without leaving much of a ‘footprint’ that you were ever in the room.
As with most things these folks have done in recent history, their actions and answers to those actions only beget more questions because they don’t seem to be able to do anything right. They’re going after a man that, to this day, can still fill an arena while the current commander in chief can’t put on his coat, keep his sunglasses on and walks like a feeble old man. Does any other world leader, let alone the leader of the free world and most powerful military force in history, shuffle around like that?
They know everybody going into the place, it wouldn’t be surprising if they knew where they put the safe.
There are document trails the fedzilla can access for data ... someone built the vault so plans exist and permirts are on file.
