The “library” may be digital, if I understand the link correctly.
They have been trying to build an Obama Center Illinois, but it is not a library? I do not get it.
Adding: ONLY digital. How convenient, they can change it instantaneously as needed.
They're building the Obama Presidential Center, which includes the library and grounds. Supposed to be done some time, some day.
