The Democrats / Liberals / Soros organizations have been working on that quietly for many years while conservative aligned organizations have been asleep. They worked for many years to flip Virginia and Georgia (decades in Virginia's case), both of which should have seemed like hopeless causes. They are quite relentless even if not patient. They don't stop. We should not even assume states like Alabama, Mississippi, etc. will remain in our fold and continually work to keep them. The Democrats can send around the cars tracking who has and has not voted and get them to sign the ballot (or perhaps sign it for them) and then take off with it to "cast" their vote.
