Why I want to vote for Biden

Posted on 09/05/2022 8:28:52 AM PDT by 2nd Amendment

I've ben trying real hard to put myself in side the head of a typical democrat. There has to be something going for the party if they can get 60 million(plus 20 million added) to vote for them. So I've put myself in the shoes of a typical democrat (probably something like a suburban millenial or intercity minority). Here is what I believe and why I love Biden so much. I believe it is better to import oil at high prices rather than use our own oil. I believe I want the right to kill my babies up until birth. I believe there are more than 61 genders and children have the right to change their gender (surgery included) at any time they want. I believe the best way to reduce inflation is to spend more debt money on projects that don't work anyway. I believe anyone who believes in the Constitution or any policies of Donald Trump are enemies of the state. I believe the FBI, CIA,and IRS are enforcement wings of the democratic party. I believe anyone should be able to cross our border at any time for any reason as long as they don't come to my state and promise to vote democratic when given their free phone and ID card.I believe the earth has only 8 years to survive and everyone should be forced to buy 70,000 dollar electric cars. (please park them in time of energy shortages). I believe the record artic icepack and the lack of hurricanes this year are caused by republicans who want to thwart my climate agenda. I believe the few January 6th crazies are a far worse threat to our country(notice I didn't say republic) than the burning down of 200 cities. I believe all police are bad and should be defunded and all prisoners should be paroled. These are just a few of the things I believe in as a newfound democrat. I'm sure there are a lot m ore and I will get back to you as soon as I consult my Kenyan advisor Obama.

Doesn’t the US buy oil on the international market? We don’t get oil at a lower price from American producers do we?

I believe Democrats are single-issue voters. Each issue on your list appeals to a different block of votes. The issues can even conflict and the Democrat voters can’t figure it out.

Of course, now it matters more who counts the votes and how, anyway.

I believe most Democrat voters don’t care about any of this. Instead, they just want to fit in.

Mainstream media and academia reinforce the importance of fitting in, and tell them they need to be Democrats in order to fit in. And so they become Democrats.

None of it is based on principle or policy.

Simple as that.

Actually I’m pretty depressed after pondering on this. I feel like C.S.Lewis after he wrote Screwtape letters!

Completely backwards.

They vote for the Democrat because they understand Republicans better than you do.

It is certainly dishearteningfor sure. Let’s just hope America wises up and votes the clowns out of office, and that the left can’t cheat their way into office anymore. Wishful thinking i know, but we can hope

With a lot of democrat constituents, it’s a lot easier than that.

It’s all about being taken care of without having to worry about a job or paying for anything. Cradle to grave.

There’s nothing better than just sitting at home, in a government subsidized home or paying nothing at all for a rood above your head. There is nothing better than going to the store and being able to afford all your needs, without having to pay for anything our of your own pocket. There is nothing better than sitting at home watching Netflix or Prime media, and having the TV paid for by ‘others’. Nothing better than having your own phone or tablet or computer and internet service, all paid for by ‘others’.

As long as people believe that government will provide at no cost, there will be 60-70 million guaranteed democrat voters. Democrat leaders don’t ever want to lose those ‘loyal’ voters. And republicans can’t undo that kind of ‘loyalty’.

> I’ve ben trying real hard to put myself in side the head of a typical democrat. <

From what I can tell, there are three kinds of Democrats.

Legacy Democrats - They vote D because grandfather voted D.
Brainwashed Democrats - They vote D because the media has demonized all Republicans.
Communists - They vote D because that’s the party that will eventually give them the absolute power they want.

Note that actual policies don’t matter to any of these groups.

The first two groups can be won over, at least temporarily. But it takes a Reagan to do so. Trump was good. But he wasn’t Reagan level.

Yup. I knew some morons who voted for Barry in order to “be a part of this historic moment”.
