We have copper pipes at work. After a while our water distiller for the autoclave becomes clogged with a sea-foam colored scale—basic copper carbonate.

So imagine how much we get through the drinking water.

I don't know how much copper is good for you, but be sure not to overdo the silver supplements or you might have a blue Christmas.

cooper deficiency is exceedingly rare ... taking too much cooper via supplements can be exceedingly dangerous ...
