As far as I know, New Orleans has a lot of poor residents.
If she cares about them she should donate all her income and paid all her expenses. Plus her savings.
I would say sell all her possessions and give it to the poor.
But, obviously, she is NOT that kind of person.
Black “leaders” have never run anything for the betterment of their constituents. It is always for the hustle and getting even with “the system.” Coleman Young paved the way and showed how it is done.
