The states have de-institutionalized. Getting these kids the help they need is a big deal. And difficult.
The kid needs to get out more. Husky dogs will destroy a house when they are not taken outside for two hours every day.
I don’t think you can’t help most of these kids. There ain’t enough social workers and psychologists in the universe to take care of all of them. Probably the best thing to do is get them vaccinated for covid multiple times. That and tell them how good fentanyl is.
