Former New York governor Cuomo sabotaged a very early test of HCQ by giving it ONLY to hospitalized patients who were very advanced in the disease progression. Any real test would have used HCQ very early in the disease progression, upon hospitalization, and when extremely sick.
Only sociopaths could allow so many to die unnecessarily.
