To all:

This reply is about quercetin being administered as a zinc ionophore in the prophylactic treatment to prevent the COVID virus(es) from replicating in your body, thus negating a killing storm of lung-clogging cytokine substance.

(1) Several well-founded broad medical studies have proven that when combined with zinc, it works.

(2) Other zinc ionophores such as hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin are considered human medications.

(3) As such, they cannot be easily obtained over the counter, or dispensed by a pharmacist without a prescription.

(4) Quercetin is a flavonoid, a substance that is plentifully found in many foods such as apples (skins), onions; other pigmented fruits and vegetables, and therefore is not considered a medication. Most people are not aware that they regularly ingest significant amonts of this substance that occurs across their natural food intake.

(5) QUERCETIN IS A FOOD SUBSTANCE AND IS NOT SUBJECT TO BLOCKAGE BY MANIPULATING THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY!

(6) Quercetin is concentrated from food substances, purified as powder, and dispensed in gelatin capsule form at shops specializing in vitamins and other OTC substances, including zinc oxide or gluconate, for purchase as a food supplement.

The protocol that I have followed for 2 1/2 years as recommended by medical publications, and taken daily are as follows:
Quercetin 500 mg
Vitamin C 1400 mg
Zinc gluconate 50 mg (of zinc)
Vitamin D3 2000 i. u.
(All taken with food and drink)
I have had conferences with several doctors, at least 10, on several issues pertaining to other conditions, none being of lung origin. All physicians have been informed of this part of my medicinal intake, and none has objected or found fault with it.

Tests conducted showed no indications of any COVID infection throughout this period from April 2020 to this date.

Note again, that a licensed physician or practitioner would find it very difficult to object to quercetin ingestion inasmuch as it is a food substance or food supplement, whereas any discussion of ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine might still be out of the question in terms of the pharmacist's or physician's job security and future consequences, regardless of the possible benefits of those ionophores.

Personally, my estimate is that quercetin is to be preferred because of its natural occurrence, but having equal benefit in suppression of that virus, as well as having beneficial effects on heart issues as researched and reported by competent scientists.

Please read the second paragraph of this reference link:

BREAKING! Supplements for COVID-19: Quercetin Emerging As An Adjuvant for COVID-19 Treatments

This 2020 helped me in deciding on this protocol. I have found many other research papers confirming and extending the assessment of quercetin as an ionophore to assist the zinc in battling the virus.

Following is the original article that helped me make my original commitment to this quercetin + zinc route. Note that this article was wiped from the pages of the medical school where it first appeared after they joined forces with NIH, and later on its principal professor author was forced off the faculty of that school:

Quercetin and Vitamn C: An Experimental, Synergistic Therapy for the prevention and Treatment of SARS-CoV-2 Related Disease (COVID-19)

Malik's original references to zinc wore also erased, but now that he promotes ivermectin, zinc is included.

I believe this is a much more sensible approach than to be injected with a lab-created experimental gene theraputic modifiers, still not approved by acceptable testing on a broad population, a therapy that can permanently change one's immune system by an adversely damaging effective response to the presence of the injected substance. I'll take the natural way. So far, no adverse effects from the virus OR the (misidentified) "vaccines."

I encourage y'all do your own literature survey on this matter, and from that make your own path forward. Many other encouraging papers are now available since the summer of 2020. I have found no publications that are not politically slanted to be oppositional to the approach that I continue with.

==========
