The book also claims that King Charles III will abdicate and Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, will become the next monarch, instead of his brother William, the new Prince of Wales
Nostradamus, the 16th-century French seer and astrologer, has been famous for his predictions. He has been credited with making accurate prophecies of the rise of Hitler, the 9/11 attacks and the wars in Europe.
Now, following Queen Elizabeth II’s demise, the name of the French astrologer is surfacing again in UK, as it is being said that Nostradamus predicted the exact year of the monarch’s death in cryptic poems.
His book ‘Les Propheties’ was published in 1555. They don’t reference specific years and are undoubtedly difficult to interpret.
But having said that, there have been many attempts to interpret his poems to find out how things may unfold in the future.
In such an attempt, a leading expert on Nostradamus and author, Mario Reading, published a book in 2005, called ‘Nostradamus: The Complete Prophecies for the Future’, which contains the interpreted prophetic quatrains written by the French seer.
According to the Sunday Times newspaper, the book written by Mario, who died in 2017, has emerged to be one of the bestsellers in UK for apparently predicting the monarch’s demise.
Since September 17, as many as 8,000 copies of the copies have been sold. A week before the Queen’s death, only five copies were sold.
According to reports, the book has an interpretation of a quatrain which reads ‘Queen Elizabeth II will die, circa 22, at the age of around 96’.
Moreover, there are suggestions that Nostradamus had even predicted the war in Ukraine, with vague indications that France might even face a threat from the east.
Mario’s book on interpretations doesn’t stop just at the Queen’s demise, it also predicted the future of King Charles III
Nostradamus quatrain 10/22 reads, “Because they disapproved of his divorce, a man who later they considered unworthy; The People will force out the King of the islands; A Man will replace who never expected to be king.”
Mario claims that this quatrain predicts that King Charles will abdicate his responsibilities as he is “weary at the persistent attacks on both himself and second wife” and because of “resentments held against him by a certain proportion of the British population, following his divorce from Diana, Princess of Wales”.
The book then concludes that it is Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex – a man who never expected to be King – who will become the next monarch, instead of his brother William, the new Prince of Wales.
I was watching the shapes of the clouds the other day and saw a Nostradamus quatrain float by. At least, I think so. It was kinda vague.
If its not William its his son George ...
Maybe the uncle, Harry is Regent ???
But Harry is not in the Short List of Successsion
William, George, Charlotte, Louis...
Then Harry if ever ...
He has not been credited with making any accurate predictions - they are all attributed to him *after* the fact applying something that already occurred to one of his sayings. No one sees anything coming before the fact based on his comments.
Prince Harry is not anywhere near in line to become the next Monarch. He is behind not only William, but all 3 of William’s children in the line of succession. It would have be a huge tragedy, not mere abdication, that would result in Harry becoming king.
William also has two other children that are ahead of Harry in the line of succession.
The Nostradamus stuff is a bunch of crap imho. However - the guy that wrote his book in 2005 INTERPRETING Nostradamus got the Queen’s death correctly. Although I suppose a good insurance underwriter could have done the same. It would be interesting to see if he got anything else correct since he wrote the book 17 years ago.
I would think Trump would have been mentioned - unless Nostradamus couldn’t see across the ocean to the New World.
His predictions are sorta like “some people will do something someday”, remind you of anyone today?
Yup. My interurption:

I buried several Easter Eggs in the Windows application I wrote for a certain unnamed retailer that all of you would know.
It was in their retail stores but the application was only run by store employees in the back. They were harmless and easy to install.
One animated egg was from a basic routine included with the development software. I gave it a few enhancements.
Later I gave one of their help desk guys a guide, over the phone, on how to access them.
A couple of guys on the development team were aware of the keystroke combinations (which usually included a mouse).
I doubt the software is still out there now.
Right...Maya...
And, yeah, I know.
Flipping their calendars was memorable because they were so damn big and heavy.
Here’s my prediction for every hour of every day in the future:
Someone will do something.
Interpret it to apply it to whatever you wish.
Actually, all 3 of William’s children precede Harry in line to the throne.
I detect the faint whiff of B.S.
He also predicted the end of the U.S. after a massive coordinated nuclear attack from Iran,North Korea,Russia and China
Nostradamus claimed to have a spirit guide. There is no indication that the spirit was sent from the Lord. Which means Nostradamus was violating God’s law by consulting with the spirit.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have no doubt that some folks like Nostradamus have some ‘insights’... after all, the evil spirit world that is always hovering unseen in the background has been there since the Garden of Eden and to underestimate them by appealing to them for guidance is to do so at one’s extreme peril. This verse from the first chapter of Job says much about the hidden world of evil spirits.... Job 1:7 “And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.”
Bottom line is that Satan and his host of fallen angels are everywhere 24 hours a day and have witnessed history from the beginning of life on earth... of course they know essentially everything (except what God has chosen to not let them know) and while they don’t know the future, they are in a position to at least partially shape the future by having mankind fall for their lies. This is made crystal clear in 2 Corinthians 4:4 “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”
As for what to expect is coming, these verses that record Jesus on the Mount of Olives were the first thing mentioned when the disciples asked what the sign will be of His return... Matthew 24:3 “And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.”
Bottom line is that it might appear like Nostradamus got some things right.... but God’s Word is always right.
