Very interesting look at how a noted Russian sees the Ukraine special military operation, the United States and our relationship with Russia past and present. Russians believe that they are actually at war with the United States, not Ukraine and that the U.S. will continue the war until the last Ukrainian in a bid to weaken Russia.
No more "Master of the Universe" Americans will have to accept that the majority of the world rejects this arrangement and change is ongoing. Russians believe that America has used the rules they created to print a huge amount of money (31 trillion debt level) and then takes advantage of other countries by getting their commodities for those printed dollars (Russia) and getting cheap labor for the printed dollars (China.)
Russia wants a new European security agreement with the West based on more equal footing. They presented proposals to the U.S. at the end of 2021. The Biden administration wouldn't even talk about it. Russia believes this new agreement will be the basis for negotiations to end this conflict if and when the U.S. wants to end it. Russia will continue for as long as it takes.
