A Vermont school allowed a transgender pupil to make ‘death threats’ against another student who complained about them using female changing rooms, a lawsuit claims.
Blake Allen, 14, was suspended from Randolph Union High School after she called a biologically male student, who identifies as a female, a ‘dude’.
Her father Travis was fired from his job as the girls’ soccer coach for also calling the student in question a ‘male’.
The family have launched a lawsuit against the Orange Southwest School District Board, the Superintendent and two co-Principals of the school in Vermont District Court.
According to the lawsuit several members of the team asked them to leave, and they refused, with some telling the coach the player had made an ‘inappropriate remarks.’
The lawsuit alleged that Layne Millington, Superintendent, Lisa Floyd and Caty Sutton, Co-Principals, violated Blake and Travis’ First Amendment rights by attempting to dictate 'what may be said on matters of public concern.'
It also claims that the school turned a blind eye to ‘death threats’ made against Blake by the transgender student, who said after the locker room incident ‘I’m going to f***ing kill Blake Allen’.
They are said to have been selective in their discipline, despite suspending Blake for two days for 'misgendering' the student, then ordering her to take part in a 'reflective circle' where she returned.
That saw equity coordinator Jamie Connor and other students attempt to brainwash Blake into seeing the error of her ways, it is alleged.

For many, many years it has often been the case that schools punish the victims of bullies and allow bullies to go on their way with no penalty. One of the wonderful benefits of “socialization” in government schools.
And you can definitely see how Trans people see the opportunity to inflict pain on others — and then watch the school double down on that — while no one dares punish the Trans who started the problem.
Any parent who has kids in public school and votes ‘Democrat’, shouldn’t be a parent.

Many years or decades? This was going on when I was in school.
Now kids bring guns to school and shoot up the place and they wonder why.

So, a British paper is revealing how far the madness has gone in the USA. American media isn’t going to tell the folks that the trans crowd now rules the country and overrides all laws and rights.

The only “balls” that were in this school just got fired and suspended, respectively. Maybe the other “boys” are paying more attention to the “girl” with bigger balls than they have. After all, the women’s liberation movement invited this and now males have proven that women are not only NOT equal to men but that men are even better at being women than women are. They've been doing the exact same thing for black and brown bullies in schools for quite some time now. That's one of the main reasons that some of the inner city schools have such a discipline and violence problem. They're afraid and even forbidden to discipline POC anymore. Now we see that these idiot Marxists in education think the same way for Trans students too. I'm not surprised.
They should just gift her a round handheld mirror for eyebrow plucking and an award for telling the truth.
