At least. But the purpose of EVs is twofold: funnel wealth to deep state functionaries and supporters by distorting market forces (ie. Forcing an unwanted and inferior choice on consumers) and restrict the ability of the serfs to travel around. Both very worthwhile goals of the deep state minions.
