Back in the early 80s my GF and I were in my disabled vehicle on 101 near Santa Barbara awaiting a tow when some roadside wonderer who had followed me to my vehicle began pounding on the driver’s side window while yelling at me. At that point I was in no position to fight this POS so I just pointed by Det Special at him and said if this window breaks you die. He got the message and moved away. Glad I am not in Cal these days because I would probably have ended up in jail and been sued.
That’s called brandishing and makes Greasy Gavin very very upset. Never mind an attack was avoided with no one hurt.
