Well anymore it can’t be avoided. With this new generation of “trans kids” being the fad it is, more and more are either trans or de-trans so you can’t tell what gender they are.
My 38-year-old daughter is a digital marketing manager, whatever that is, and she complained bitterly this weekend that she hired 2 people and they do not want to come in to work.
Here is a secret about how to get ahead in the work world:
1 - go to work.
2 - stay all day.
I’m sick of these entitled “people”.
If I was the manager of that Starbucks, I know what would be the first item on my To Do List, would be, the next day.
I need to replace a defective worker.
My boss always used to say, “If you can’t get the job done in 24 hours a day, put in for overtime.”

When I go through a drive-thru, based on how the person’s voice sounds over the intercom, I respond with either, “Yes/no, sir” or “Yes/no, ma’am”. If some idiot wants to get offended because they’ve been ‘misgendered’ by my polite responses, that’s on them. If they want to give each customer their name, “Welcome to Snow-Biz, my name is Tiffany/Fred”, that’s fine.
Unless they give their name as Pat. Then all bets are off.
