Highest earnings (taxes), endless debt (Fed fueled deficits) when taxes don’t cover it, they control the largest economy in the world (US), and they have enormous influence on the world economy.
The US government is the biggest pot of money in the world and it makes Wall Street look small by comparison because the stock market is much more fragmented.
