I had Bell’s palsy about ten years ago, was told by Dr it would take a year; two weeks’ worth of acupuncture and it was gone.
We had been going to an acupuncturist for back problems. One day a new gal said, “Today we fix your stomach.” I said “OK”, not as cessation of unbelief but as playing along. It took a couple more sessions, but then I went from requiring coffee or lots of hot sauce or several hcl pills, to eating what I liked unaided.
