Mark 13:7-9
King James Version
7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.
8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.
9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.
Around San Felipe on the east side of the Baja peninsula...
10.00 KM in depth? Some of us know what that means.
What’s a 6.2 quake feel like? Is it like rolling over a speed bump at 30 miles an hour?
3.5 is like a speed bump.
6.2 is more.
Hefty jolt.
Bigger than the Java quake yesterday?...............
Usually, it means that USGS doesn’t know the actual depth. Though it could conceivably mean that the quake did occur at 10 km depth.
I don’t.
Still not the “Big One” yet.
I prefer to think it is part of the underground battle that the president mentioned. I have heard of underground tunnel systems going back 30 years. I did not believe it at the time.
3.5 is like a speed bump.
6.2 is more.
Hit a land mine once, just have been bigger than 6.2
I experienced 9.2. Not fun. Truly thought my life was ending.
Alaska wow where were you ?
God has bad aim. /s
Let’s hope it’s working its way up the coast.
Eastern Japan 2011… Over 20,000 died that week… We recovered from a little bit of damage
If you’re near the epicenter of a shallow 6.2, you’re going to think the world is coming to an end.
I’m from the midwest and we always laughed at the Californians that would freak when we had bad weather. But I know I’d lose 1/2 my mind if I ever had a decent rumble when I’m there.
