Ukraine-Kherson: 15 civilians dead in Russian bombing-city hospitals evacuated

“Today, 15 residents of the city were killed and 35 injured, including a child,” as a result of the Russian raids, said Galina Lugova, head of the city’s military administration. He added that many “private houses and high-rise buildings” were damaged by the bombings.

At the same time, patients treated in hospitals in Kherson are evacuating the wards due to the “constant” Russian strikes in this city in the south of Ukraine, from which Moscow forces withdrew two weeks ago, the governor announced today. “Due to the constant Russian bombing, we are removing patients from Kherson hospitals,” Jaroslav Yanushevich, head of Kherson Military Command, told Telegram.

The Red Cross also said that Ukrainians are continuing to flee their homes as they face Russian attacks. “We expect an increase in population movement in the next few months. We are already seeing in Kiev that the city is emptying, “ Violene de Rozier, an official with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (ifrd) told reporters in Geneva via video link from the Ukrainian capital. The agency is also seeing an increased movement within the country.

The U. N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said half of Kiev remained without electricity and that water pressure was too low for those living on higher floors to access the water network.

However, the UN refugee agency UNHCR announced that it does not see an increase in the number of refugees fleeing Ukraine. Source: ape-MPE

Melitopol has long been the most obvious place to attack. Anyone looking at a map can see that. imho it should have been attacked when the russians were still on the west side of the dneiper.

now the russians are heavily fortifying it with troops they’ve redeployed from west of the dneiper. No surprise if the Ukes hit melitopol

https://www.moonofalabama.org/2022/11/ukraine-running-on-empty.html#more

Russia expert Gordon M. Hahn looks at the upcoming Russian Winter Offensive. Only with a ceasefire can Ukraine and its sponsors avert the upcoming catastrophe. This for three reasons:

First, the Russian hammer is about to fall on Ukraine. The gloves are coming off; electric energy stations, bridges, and even ‘decision centers’ such as central Kiev’s government buildings are being targeted. ... What will the sociopolitical situation be like when these critical infrastructures are in complete collapse and temperatures are 20 degrees colder? Russia will be moving closer to the strategy of ‘shock and awe’, fully destroying all infrastructure – military or otherwise – as the US did in Serbia and Iraq and will likely take less care now to avoid civilian casualties.

After the infrastructures are completely destroyed or incapacitated, Russia’s reinforcements of 380,000 regular and newly mobilized troops will have been fully added into Russia’s forces across southeastern Ukraine. ... A winter offensive by some half a million troops will make substantial gains on those three fronts and multiply Ukrainian losses in personnel and materiel`, which are already high. This could lead easily to a collapse of Ukrainian forces on one or more front. On the backs of such a success Russian President Putin might also make another attempt to threaten Kiev ...

Second, the West is suffering from Ukraine fatigue. NATO countries’ arms supplies have been depleted beyond what is tolerable, and social cohesion is collapsing in the face of double-digit inflation and economic recession. All this makes Russia the winner on the strategic level and is forcing Washington and Brussels to seek at least a breathing spell by way of a ceasefire.

...

Third, Ukraine’s greatest political asset – Zelenskiy himself – just got devalued, putting at even greater risk Ukraine’s political stability. ... For now, in order to keep the West on board, Zelenskiy is rumored to be pushing Ukrainian armed forces commander Viktor Zalyuzhniy to start a last pre-winter offensive in northern Donetsk (Svatovo and Severodonetsk) or Zaporozhe in order to put a stop to the West’s ceasefire murmurs and reboost support. At the same time there is talk of continuing Zelenskiy-Zalyuzhniy tensions over the latter’s good press and star status in the West. ... On the background of the deteriorating battlefield and international strategic situation, such civil-military tensions are fraught with the potential for a coup. ...

...

We may be reaching the watershed moment in the Ukrainian war. No electricity, no army, no society.

Less care? How is that possible?

Only in ERT American fighter of Ukrainian forces: Russian forces will receive a heavy blow very soon
NEWS ON ERTNEWS.GRRO NEWS
25/11, 5:35 pm EST
ert.gr

“The revelation that the Russian forces will soon receive a heavy blow from the Ukrainian army was made by an American volunteer serving in the Ukrainian forces, in an exclusive interview with ERT.”

Inside the group’s hideout, a few hours after the last reconnaissance mission, the American veteran emphasizes that the positions of the Russians beyond the Dnieper are now “locked” in the sights of Ukrainian forces, while in a video-document reveals that the Russian forces are using what is left in the military warehouses,even prohibited-by international treaties - ammunition.

Interview with Giannis Mousios
VIDEO
Have you ever been behind enemy lines, attempting to record the next movements of Russian forces;

“In our last expedition, the enemy was constantly retreating. It was the retreat expedition from Kherson, where we pursued the Russians as far as the river.”

People left behind, how they felt when they saw the Ukrainian Armed Forces;

“When we arrived in those areas that had been occupied for so long and seeing the people who came out and welcomed us, that was why we came here... so that these people would be free and not subject to the Russians. They saw that and they saw that we all left our homeland and came to help. They were the most grateful people I’ve ever met.”

What made you go to Ukraine when you could have been a great war sports athlete;

“I have the ability to help these people, so I couldn’t sit in my chair and let it happen.”

You had previous military experience before you went to Ukraine;

“Yes, I had served six years in the Marines in unit 308, I was part of the sniper platoon, I also had experience in heavy weapons.”

Are you ever afraid;

“If I was afraid of being wounded then I would never have joined the reconnaissance team, which I know will be de facto behind enemy lines, so there is a very high probability that I will be killed.”

We have heard rumours that Russian forces have retreated but claim they are planning a major counterattack.

“They failed miserably, we have driven them out, and now they are trying to preserve part of the lands, creating new trenches. We know many of their positions. We will identify even more combat positions as well as the capabilities they have. This is the job of the reconnaissance team, and the Russian combat positions will receive very heavy blows.”

You say that on the other side of the Dnieper River, the Russian forces that are trying to maintain their positions are going to retreat even further;

“It’s just a matter of time.”

If we asked you to share with us one of the most dramatic incidents that has happened to you or your allies, what would you say;

“We were on patrol very far from our positions, in a completely unknown area. One would think that there, the chances of being either friendly or hostile forces were 50-50. We were alone, without reinforcements, and proceeded to a regular retreat. Soon after, the enemy artillery literally leveled the area where we were earlier. The next time we found ourselves in the same spot the Russian forces had retreated. Some were injured, because there was scattered medical equipment around.”

The video you sent us shows some munitions that have been banned by international treaties. You even hold in your hand a fragment of such ammunition.

“It’s an artillery shell, which is designed to explode at a height and then scatter hundreds of thousands of steel blades across the region. These munitions came out of very old armament depots. I understand why they have been banned, because their use is very barbaric. They are designed to Butch the man, to pluck out the eyes, to break the jaws... the throat, and everything else is exposed to be torn to pieces.”

The Russians DID possess Kherson city at the end of September - AND at the end of October.

Now who DOES actually "possess" Kherson city at this time?

From the Ukrainian Paper of Record [Go, Walter! You ROCK, buddy!!]:

Ukraine Plans Evacuations in 2 Stricken Cities as Temperatures Plunge - November 20, 2022.

That's one solid "occupation", there.nbsp

If the russian soldiers don’t have winter gear, winter in the trenches will be very hard on them.

The Ukraine lost the war a long time ago and is just dragging citizens through hardship, and flinging Ukrainian soldiers ( many of whom are Nazis), into the wood chipper while bragging that they are ‘winning’ to keep Biden and other nations pumping tax payer money into the Ukraine money laundering machinery and back to despots.

You are supporting the deep state ‘narrative’ by claiming a ‘key battle’ will make a difference in a war the Ukraine lost already.

He never suggested that khereson would be lost after that time either. In fact he said russia was reinforcing and would defend.

Nothing says losing like reclaiming 50% of territory lost....

They didn’t reclaim land - whenever Russia moves troops strategically the Ukrainians dance and say “WE DID IT! WE DROVE THEM OUT!”

Nothing says winning like watching your power grid be destroyed leaving millions without heat, light, water and lacking the means to replace destroyed power hubs. These ‘winners’ now have millions of Kyiv citizens to relocate but they don’t have the means to do so, nor a place to put them, but these ‘Winners’ are winning money laundering funds for the people who control them to divide among the globalists who feed of Ukrainian laundered funds.

“Dear Americans, Today you celebrate Thanksgiving. It is customary on this day to thank each other for help and support. We would like to express gratitude from all the Ukrainian warriors. We thank you for all the support in our struggle, for defending us with the foundations of democracy, democratic vales and the right to be free.

This bloody war still rages in Ukraine, a war for our independence. At the dawn of the Union you fought for the right to be free on your soil. You have become the leader of the free world and will remain the great United States of America until the free world remains truly free.

We appreciate your support. God Bless America and Glory to Ukraine.”
