And the Cannon fight scenes were particularly ludicrous. I could accept Mannix roughing up a bad guy. It was kinda realistic. But Cannon would just give the bad guy a weak shove, and that was it. Fight over. Cannon wins.
Funny how I can remember all that from 50 years ago. But I can’t remember where I put my car keys from an hour ago.
One scene I always remember is when Cannon was charged by a Doberman. He grabbed a big rug, caught and wrapped the dog in it, and threw them in a closet.
