Exactly! Years ago there was a bad fire at a small Rhode Island nightclub. About 100 people died. After a while it was realized that nobody who could reasonably be sued had any money,assets or insurance. Eventually the victims' families announced that they were gonna sue Shell Oil Company (yah,*that* Shell Oil) because they were one of the "sponsors" of the tour of the band that was on stage at the time.
