Probably altered because the parts are all stolen. That’s usually part of the duties of prospects of the Outlaws, to go steal bikes and parts for the club and club members.
When I was in college, I worked at a Bay Area bar (cheap drinks) where the Hells Angels went after their weekly meeting. The Angels didn’t cause problems, but their hangers-on were problematic trying to impress the Angels. One punk hit me on the side of the head with a glass beer mug. I saw it coming and turned my head. He cut open the skin above my right eye. The other bouncers and I took the punk out side and beat him up. The Angels laughed. They were under investigation at the time for murdering a girl, so they were on “good behavior.”
We were sending a message that we don’t want you at our bad. The next week they swarmed to another dive bar.

Bad group to mess with. I know a couple here in Volusia. Not friends, just know them. Volusia used to have a big group of them.
I am not a biker. But I have a lot of friends who are. All Combat Veterans, lawyers and accountants. 99 % of bikers are great people. I also know some Hells Angels and Outlaws. Those two groups are bad news.
I knew a LEO auto theft person that was an expert on HD VIN’s
He and the local auto theft crew would go MC rallies and look at the VIN’s of HD’s visible from the street.
They confiscate a lot of stolen bikes and parts at MC rallies.
I fought the law and the Law won ........

Yeah, I had a friend who prospected for one of the Outlaws’ cadet clubs and he had to be ready at any time of day or night to go heist bikes for them. Usually it was from people who owed them money, but sometimes just from people they knew who had stuff they wanted. Just not from other members of the Outlaws, or other clubs that paid the Outlaws protection.
