Sheesh! This is not unusual. I’ve heard several stories of young people dropping dead “suddenly” while working out, just in the past few months. Therefore, it is normal. Or, you can just call it the “new normal”.
Get used to the “new normal”. Just as you have gotten used to “died suddenly at a young age” in the headlines. Many will be on this thread soon to tell us that this has ALWAYS happened! YOU were just not paying attention.
It’s something in the air, or too much sexual activity, or “vaccine anxiety”, or cold showers, or standing up too quickly, or sudden exercise, or too much exercise (as in this case). There are a lot of new diagnoses for “died suddenly” so I can’t list them all. Ask your doctor about YOUR risk. Maybe he or she can prescribe you a new pill to take each day. Or, he can schedule you another appointment (co-pays may apply) for your latest booster (you are keeping up-to-date on those, aren’t you?).

Cousin, yes, elderly and had already had cancer, nevertheless died just two weeks after her second clot shot . . . of blood clots.
