The United Arab Emirates has announced the delivery of 2,500 generators to Ukraine to help the population survive the winter. “The United Arab Emirates announced today that it is sending about 2,500 household generators to civilians affected by the ongoing crisis in Ukraine that has disrupted energy infrastructure and caused power outages, with the objective of helping them [Ukrainians] survive the harsh winter conditions,” reads the statement released by UAE’s news agency WAM. As noted, the assistance comprises 2,500 household generators, each with a power output of between 3.5 and 8 kilowatts. The UAE will transport approximately 1,200 household generators to the Polish capital, Warsaw today, and will transfer the remaining generators by January.

Ukraine is moving to Europe and most Ukrainians decide to meet the Eve on December 24. Православна Церква України approved this decision and allowed to meet when deem appropriate. Therefore, we have a unique opportunity to meet Christmas and December 24, and gather at the common table on January 6.
This Christmas is special for us, because Christ is born and the Ukrainian nation is born. She is born on the front, in the blinders, in the trenches. She is born in the cars of volunteers who drive to the front. She is born in the eyes of children who are now experiencing war.
And the unifying power of the Ukrainian people works wonders and surprises the world. Therefore, welcome Christmas. Because Christmas is all about faith. Faith in God and that Ukraine will be born and revived. And this faith is not in the Russians who cynically shelled civilians of Kherson today.
Pray today for Ukraine, for Ukrainians and for our victory. And be sure to pray for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And the Lord will hear us and give us victory.
Dear Ukrainians, Christ is born! Let’s give Him the praise!

Zaporizhzhia rescuers received a fire vehicle from Finland
• The car was transferred as part of charity help from FBK Västra Saltvik (Finland Rescue Service), intended for fire extinguishing and equipped with a 2700 l water tank, fire pump and rescue equipment.
•After Finland’s increased challenges for accident victims’ response and assistance, it has been adapted to new needs: special cutting equipment to unlock victims from vehicles.
