Still prefer the Cage The Elephant version:

Pleasant Valley Sunday - Doc Hopper

Doc Hopper was a punk band out of New England. The band folded, then their guitarist Christopher “Gobo” Pierce was in a band called the Groucho Marxists.

I caught their act in Trenton, and they opened with the most explosive and exciting version of Pleasant Valley Sunday ever.

It seems Pierce had reformulated Doc Hopper, and I hope you find this cover to be as riveting for you as it is for me.

I love their arrangements. Visually they are excellent as well, and I love the sight gags.

Never saw Joey Cook before, but I though she was cute and funny. Is that a bit of a North Jersey accent?
