I just landed a new job and will start tomorrow. I am well north of 60 and it gets even harder then.

Just keep plugging away and flood the zone with resumes.

The job I landed was actually for a part-time position but learned they were looking for 2 part times that I could fill so they get one person for 2 roles.

You may need to be creative to convince them that your unique experiences are exactly what they want.

in today’s employment market, it seems that the border-crossing cousins and seniors are the only ones working.

The world employs those that show up.
