I had apple bread and coffee at 9:00AM then fasted until just now when I broke open a pack of cheetos. I’ll fast to 4:00PM then break fast with a martini. 😏
All you people that wait for “PM” to start drinking baffle me. AM is a wonderful time for a nice drink. On most vacation days I drink in a window of 10 - 2. Then I stop and repeat the next day. Feels so much better to me than drinking at night. I sleep better too.
