Iszac Henig, a transgender male, joined Yale’s men’s swimming team after finishing last year as an All-American female swimmer.
Henig has taken hormones for eight months amid his transition, but the senior’s times are “about the same as they were at the end of last season,” he wrote in an op-ed piece for the New York Times on Thursday.
Henig wrote that during a meet in November among 83 swimmers, he finished in 79th place.
“I wasn’t the slowest guy in any of my events, but I’m not as successful in the sport as I was on the women’s team,” Henig wrote. The four people to finish behind Henig, according to OutKick, were a swimmer born without a left arm and three others who specialize in the breaststroke.

You see a of transgender female athletes, but this is the first I remember in the opposite direction.
Is this because the men realize they will excel when they switch, but it doesn't go the opposite way?
Now, a man who starts competing with women may not have an advantage if it was gymnastics?

He doesn’t have the upper body strength that real men do....
But it will cause a woman to put on muscle.
That is the sad reality of a woman trying to be a man. Not able to compete with men but not allowed to compete with women. If she wants to compete against peers, she will have to find women who have been lied to and told that they can become men with hormones and surgery.
We should care because the pro-trans community has lied to mentally ill people and told that their illness can be solved with permanently body-altering drugs and irreversible surgery.
There are far too many people who believe that gender dysphoria is ALWAYS best treated by transitioning.

Any tranny is marginally insane or have some major psycho problems, yet are allowed to be presented as normal athletes. The trannies can do anything to women and get away with it as being normal......women don’t have a chance especially in athletics. Trannies should be given treatment rather than a medal.

Here come the demand that she be allowed to compete as the female she really is, which will do her no good because men now dominate women’s swimming.

The sport of women’s gymnastics is organized around the proportions and capabilities of women’s - well, girls’ - bodies. A man would not have the same center of gravity of the joint flexibility to succeed unless the judging guidelines were adjusted for him.
