Robbery Suspect Shot Dead by Armed Customer at Houston Taqueria (VIDEO)

Houston, Texas – An armed robber was shot to death by a patron at a taqueria on S. Gessner just before midnight on Thursday night.

Surveillance video shows a male in a black ski mask walking around the taqueria and robbing customers at gunpoint.

A bald man seated near the robber jumped into action and shot the suspect dead.

I counted nine shots. I expect he will be sued for excessive force.
But then Jacob Blake in Kenosha (2020) was shot seven times by a cop,
and Dontre Hamilton shot 14 times by a cop in Milwaukee (2014) Those
cops weren't charged or sued so this guy shouldn't be either.

Houston Police want to speak to the man who shot the suspect, but he has not been charged with any crimes.

Cops never just want to talk. The hero is under absolutely no obligation to talk with the cops and he shouldn’t do so.

Texas law allows the armed citizen to “neutralize the threat.”
The first 8 shots could be justified by adrenaline, and the need to stop the threat of an armed criminal. BUT, moving around to the perp’s head to administer the Coup de grâce would be very difficult to justify. It’s best for all of the witnesses and the armed citizen to disappear and remain anonymous. JUSTICE SERVED!

This happened in Democrat Houston. So he will be arrested for murder. He might beat the charge. But it will cost him lots of time, money, and anguish.

My advice to this guy: Get outta Dodge. If you are a Mexican national, slip across the border and lay low.
