Nope. It's within a few yards of the DC line, near a very nice neighborhood in Northwest, 30 miles from Baltimore.

It's about a block from the DC line, in the area where Colesville Road meets 16th St NW and an entrance to Rock Creek Parkway. There's a Metro overpass over Colesville, near the McDonald's.
