So you are supporting government agents killing American citizens, who were not accused, charged or convicted of a crime, from ambush, just because they are bikers? Any other groups you think it’s ok for the government to kill without silly things like due process?

Under the allegations of the complaint, they plaintiffs "were there" but committed no crimes. They were nevertheless charged and held on materially false statements by police and prosecutors. The DA at the time used repetitive form allegations that did not fit the facts of individual cases, and when that method began to crumble in court, he took the cases to a grand jury on knowingly fabricated facts and claims.

As for what actually happened, although motorcycle gangs were there, so also were independent motorcyclists. Anyway, simply being a member of a motorcycle gang is not itself illegal.
