That piece, of the Reading Lady, looks more like
the work of Henri Matisse than Vincent VG.
It would be funny if it was mislabled that whole time.
It doesn’t look like a Van Goh to me either.
The general style may be close to Matisse, but those colors are pure Van Gogh.

Took Vinnie a bit to find his style and this painting shows. One of his earliest is “interesting” to look at. The Potato Eaters is very dark with misshapen characters.
