I got my Dell Lap top plug into a 2000WATT PA system in my living room... 8 - 15” 2-Ways around the room make for great surround sound!!

My old laptop does not have good volume. It was just built that way compared to the newer laptop I have. Same for the LG6 phone I had compared to the Samsung S10+ I now use.

Try an external speaker or use a blutooth headset.
