What's behind this? Not Biden. Biden is fully co-operative, but he is a feckless fool, a figurehead who merely does what his handlers tell him to do.
His handlers--i.e. the cabal which operates Biden's Puppet strings--know exactly what they are doing. They fully intend to import as many illegal immigrants as possible as fast as possible.
Why? Because they HATE the USA and intend to destroy it--or remake the USA along the model of Communist China or North Korea, which is the same as destroying it.
What's their plan? To replace the US population with immigrants loyal to the Democrat Party.
Their plan is twofold:
Wreck the US military, drive recruitment to negligence, and then fill the military with illegal immigrants, promising them US citizenship in return for service. By providing them with extravagant government benefits, viz. welfare, free health care, etc. and making them dependent upon the Federal Government, this will enlarge the Democrats' voting block AND provide a loyal army to use against the American People.
In addition, the children, born in the USA, to illegal immigrants will be US citizens, also a large pro-Democrat voting block.
Their goal? Establishing a permanent totalitarian Democrat Party rule in the USA.

Give them an old Liberty cargo ship.
Then after they set sail south, give them enough M-1 Garands and ammo (if we didn’t give all the ammo to Ukraine, with instructions on how to overthrow their shithole government.
After that, we can welcome them to the brotherhood of civilized nations.
Illegal immigrants should be given a 1 week timeline to leave or be shot on the spot with extreme prejudice.
If they’re in San Francisco, can they get the 5 million for reparations AND Social Security benefits?
Can they argue they are not here illegally if the federal government opens the border gates and invites them in?
