Real food isn’t making people fat. It’s the processed junk we call food that is killing us.
Look at the chart that shows the direct correlation between the implementation of the FDA’s “Food Guide Pyramid” and the obesity rate since the 1980s. It enough to show causation.
No argument there.
But since these “attacks” were primarily on “processing” plants, it supports my original statement.
It is processed sugar and fat in everything.
Especially SUGAR. CARBS are bad in large quantities.
The food pyramid is all Carbohydrates.

candy

granola bars
most protein bars
All of the above contain processed sugar
