If you read the ingredient list on most of the items you listed, you won’t be able to pronounce most of them, let alone know what they are.
I try to get local beef and chicken processed as little as possible. Can’t avoid it all, but I try. I’m trying to avoid food out of boxes as they possess a lot of junk that “ain’t natural.”
I have my own ducks to provide eggs and I grow some veggies and fruits. I do what I can.
