If you read the ingredient list on most of the items you listed, you won’t be able to pronounce most of them, let alone know what they are.

I try to get local beef and chicken processed as little as possible. Can’t avoid it all, but I try. I’m trying to avoid food out of boxes as they possess a lot of junk that “ain’t natural.”

I have my own ducks to provide eggs and I grow some veggies and fruits. I do what I can.

Why is everyone here on FR, AFRAID to discuss ‘bio engineered ingredients’ food labeling.

Almost nothing is safe to buy no more.

It’s on bakery made breads, yogurts of all flavors, virtually everything you see each day in the store.

My wife and I were getting a lamb a couple times/year. The farmer we knew sold the property.
I need to look into buying a partial beef from someone local.

We do not really eat eggs. I try to eat fruit, veggies, chicken, beef and food that is not processed if possible.
