An LGBT advocacy group sued the U.S. Education Department in hopes of forcing various Christian schools to systematically adhere to the ever-changing and frequently incoherent precepts sanctioned by gay- and transsexual-rights activists.
To achieve this end, they reportedly sought to bar students from using tuition grants, student loans, and other federal financial assistance at colleges and universities that work in accordance with religious beliefs on sexuality.
They failed.
Clinton-nominated Judge Ann Aiken of the U.S. District Court of the District of Oregon ruled on January 12 in favor of Christian colleges and against the plaintiffs.

The left loves to cloud the issue. For example, if you have Veteran’s benefits to go to the college of your choice and you go to a religious-affiliated school or just a non-PC school, the left makes it sound like the government is “subsidizing” the school and should therefore control every aspect of the school.
The LGBT-whatever folks are suffering from mental illness. They know that it’s not normal, yet they compelled to push their perversions on the rest of us.
They have no end state, they have no rational thought, and they will not stop.
Notice that these bitter, resentful, miscreants never sue Islamic schools or businesses.
All the reason they increase my faith by their actions and attacking Christianity.
